How to request account deletion

In the app

Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account, and press and hold the button to confirm.

On this page

  1. Verify it’s you — receive a one-time SMS code, or sign in with your password.
  2. Select Delete my account to confirm.

We’ll text a one-time code to your phone to confirm it’s you.

What data is deleted

When your request is processed, the following personal data is permanently removed or anonymised:

What data is kept, and for how long

Completed order and invoice records are retained for up to 7 years to meet Finnish accounting and tax law, after which they are deleted. Once your account is removed, these records can no longer be linked to you by name, phone number or email.
